UPDATED February 2021
BLUE LEVEL RESTRICTIONS EFFECTIVE February 17, 2021
Fremont County moved to the Blue level effective February 17, 2021. We are grateful that we are able to increase our capacity and would like to welcome our spectators back in the gym. However, we are still not allowed full capacity. We have a limited number of chairs available in our observation area. Once those are full, we are unable to provide additional seating. Please remember to maintain social distancing and to wear masks in the facility at all times. This will help us to continue to provide gymnastics for both our recreational classes and for our team members. We encourage 1 family member per participant. If we have reached our capacity or are unable to follow social distancing guidelines due to numbers, we ask that you please wait outside in your cars during your child's practice. Thank you for your flexibility, understanding, and support during these times.
CAÑON ACADEMY OF GYMNASTICS COVID-19 INFORMATION
Cañon Academy of Gymnastics is committed to serving our community and maintaining our high standards of safety and cleanliness. This has always been a priority for us, but we understand that now more than ever, these standards need to be exceptional. We have updated our policies and procedures to be in full compliance with the guidelines set forth by the CDC, the state of Colorado, and Fremont County Public Health Orders. We all need to do our part to make sure these standards are met, maintained, and followed at all times. This includes all CAG staff, students and families. Let’s keep CAG a safe and happy place for children to play, learn, and grow for years to come! Before coming to the gym, please review the rules and policies page and share them with your children.
We are Open!
We are open for classes and birthday parties and open gyms!
Registration and Payment Process for the School Year Sessions
Registration is on a first come first serve basis. Once you are registered in a class for the School Year season, you will be automatically enrolled for future sessions in the same season (School Year season is August-May) and billed on week 3 of the current session. Tuition will be due by week 5 of the current session for the next session. If tuition is not paid by the due date, CAG will assume that you are dropping the class and you will lose your spot in the class. Due to social distancing, we cannot overbook classes, we will maintain a strict student to teacher ratio.
You can still come in to the front desk to register and pay. Front desk hours will be as follows: Monday – Thursday 3:45pm-7:00pm. Masks are required for everyone ages 11 and up when entering the facility and are required the entire time you are in the facility.
How Do I Register?

Open Gyms and Birthday Parties
We are running both open gyms and birthday parties with limitations. If you would like to schedule a birthday party, please contact the front desk at 719.275.5655. At this time, we are allowing participants to use the foam pit area. Waivers to play in the foam pit must be signed before participants can play. Hand sanitizer must be used each time participants exit the foam pit before their next turn.
If your child’s school has told your child to quarantine, then they will not be able to attend practices at the gym until they have completed quarantine. If your child feels sick, PLEASE keep them home. In addition, if at any point you have personal concerns regarding exposure or the furthering restrictions at any time, we will be happy to help you schedule make-ups for missed practices when you feel comfortable returning to the gym. Please stay safe, practice social distancing, wash your hands, and wear masks if you are observing so we can keep our gymnastics center open for our children.
CAG is committed to being transparent and will communicate with you if a case of the virus shows up at the gym, at which time appropriate action will be taken.
Thank you for your continued support of Cañon Academy of Gymnastics!
