Cañon Academy of Gymnastics wants every child to feel like a champion!  We aim to instill the values of self-discipline, positive self-esteem, respect, and accountability in a fun, challenging environment.  This creates happy gymnasts.  Happy gymnasts are confident gymnasts.  And confident gymnasts are champions!

Our Philosophy

To develop excellence through challenge and empowerment.  If there is no challenge, there is no change.  We try to keep our teaching (delivery method) simple, so gymnasts feel successful, so they continue to use what they've learned, and so they feel empowered and can control the results.

The Scoop on the Gym

Cañon Academy Of Gymnastics opened its doors in 1994 to service the youth in Cañon City and the surrounding areas.  Currently CAG has a state of the art facility with a spring floor, beams, bars, vault, trampolines, foam pit, and much more!  CAG's love and passion for gymnastics is shared with every person who walks in our doors.
